We provide mats and other props for all Yoga and Pilates classes. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your class so that you can set up and be ready for class to begin on time. If you arrive late for a yoga class please wait to enter the room while the class is engaged in the initial grounding/meditative portion of the practice. You may set your mat up when the class begins to move.
 
Our schedule is now based on a 10 week session. Students may also use class cards for flexibility. Please check the Registration and Fees page for  payment options.
 
Join us for a FREE CLASS February 1-7
New students may try any class. Current/returning students are welcome to try a new discipline. Please call or email to reserve your spot in a class.
Community Yoga excluded.
