Pilates Mat
 
Pilates is a low impact exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength, developed in the 1920s by physical trainer Joseph H. Pilates.

It is a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind, that gently shapes, tones and builds endurance for people of all ages. Pilates improves strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. Exercises can be adapted for individuals of all fitness levels.

Drop ins must have completed one prior Pilates series.

 
 
MVe Total Body workout 

 

The MVe is the newest innovation in Pilates equipment. The MVe (Maximum Versatility Exercise) “chair” is an apparatus using spring resistance. The workout challenges you in a way no other  workout can. It is designed to straighten, strengthen and stretch your body. This is an exciting workout that will focus on alignment, posture and balance; using the core muscles for every exercise. MVe workouts offer customized resistance for everybody at every level.
