10 week session - $140 / Drop-ins $18

16 class card - $210 / 6 class card - $96

CLASS CARD INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  All classes purchased with this card must be used by the expiration date.  Unused classes are forfeited.

2.  The cards may be used only in the classes offered for that price schedule.

3. Cards are not transferable to another student.

4. Some classes may be full and class cards may not be used. Please verify that there is space before you arrive.

5. Should your card run out prior to the 10 week period you can add classes at the original $/class.

6. If you would like to mix classes with your class card you will need to purchase the 70-80 minute card.

 

Pro-rating: 

No pro-rating - please use class cards. Should your class card run out you may add classes at the same price. Exception: New students who join a class late can prorate at the 6 class card rate.

 

Make ups:

Students are welcome to make-up any missed classes in another equivalent class and level. If another equivalent class is not available student may come to any appropriate class with permission. Make-ups must be completed by the end of the session. If there is an extended illness or missed class at the end of the session please contact the office within the time frame of the session to discuss an extension. Please note: Community Yoga may not be used as a make up class.

 

Drop-ins:

See specific pricing above. May be used only for classes or levels in which the student has had prior experience. Some classes may be full. Please verify that there is space available.

 

Multi-class discount:

For those who want to take more than one full class during a session. Take $1 per class off for second class. Discounts apply to full session registrations only and may not be combined with other discounts or special offers such as free classes.

 

Senior and Student Discounts:

Seniors (62 and older) and full time high school or college students (with ID) may take $10 off their registration fee. Discounts apply to full 10 week session registrations only and may not be combined with other discounts or special offers such as free classes. If session runs less than 10 weeks discount will be adjusted.

 

Refund Policy:

We will refund: 100% if you notify us 48 hours prior to the first class less a $10 administrative fee, 50% if you notify us prior to the second class, no refund after that. If you cannot complete a session due to injury, extended illness or other unavoidable circumstance, the studio may, at its discretion, apply the balance of unused funds towards a future class.  

 

Returned Check policy:

When checks are returned unpaid, we ask that the amount of the check plus a $25 fee be paid to the studio in cash.

 

 

Before registering by Paypal or credit card:

Once you have selected a class please confirm that there is space available. If you are a new Avalon student please print a registration form to bring with you to your first class. Be sure to fill in all the information requested.

*Please note: If your class meets fewer times during the session due to holidays or other schedule conflicts you will receive credit for the overpayment. No refunds are given for these overpayments.
