Please note:
Beginning February 2012 we will have several changes coming to the weekend morning line-up. Community Yoga is being
discontinued and regular session classes will be offered at those times.
On Saturdays
Core Focus Yoga will continue at 8:00-9:20am. Then at 9:30-10:50, we will now offer a class called ‘Morning Flow’,
which will be an 80 minute class. Leslie Coombs and Kathleen Rieger will continue to alternate the class. It will be
taught as a Level 1-2. The feel and approach to the class will be very similar to the current Community Yoga class, with an
emphasis on being in the flow of the movement. There will be enough time now to run a full practice.
Sunday mornings will offer the ongoing Yoga and
Meditation class from 9:00-10:20 and our introductory class, Foundations, from 10:30-11:50.
We know that many of you have been regular attendees
of the Community Yoga classes and hope you will find one of the following options helpful.
For those of you enrolled in other classes during
the week who enjoy coming on Saturdays for an extra practice, we would like to encourage you to think of the 16 class card
as an alternative. This would give you your regular class at $140 plus 6 Saturday mornings at $8.60 each. Class cards can
be extended if you need.
For those of you who attend the Saturday morning
class due to scheduling issues we hope you will continue to enjoy this time slot as a session class.
For those of you who attend Community Yoga because
of the minimal fee we hope you will consider our Open Level classes on Monday and Thursday evenings from 5:00-6:00. See pricing
