Our Introductory Yoga Class is the Foundations class. This is a step
by step introduction to the basic postures (asanas), alignment and breath (pranayama). Ongoing levels 1, 2, and 3 help to
build your practice. Deepening, strengthening and exploration occurs in a natural progression that honors your
body, mind and spirit. You are always encouraged to discover the balance between effort and ease; challenging yourself to
move to new places while finding a place of rest within eash posture.
We provide mats and other props for all Yoga classes. Please arrive
5-10 minutes early for your class so that you can set up and be ready for class to begin on time.
